If you are a customer and want to support your local pub, you can do so by contacting your local MP and asking for their support in Government. We have made it as easy as possible for you with 3 simple steps!
1) Click the "Copy!" button below, and click the 'Write to your MP' button, typing your postcode in to find your local MP.
2) Paste the text into the text box, personalising the message if you want to add more detail about your local pub.
3) And then hit Send!
I am writing as a regular customer of The Grove Tavern, Southbourne, Bournemouth to ask for your support in helping local pubs like ours survive and thrive. Our Pub is more than just a business—it’s a vital part of our community, bringing people together, creating jobs, and providing a welcoming space for everyone. However, like many pubs, it is facing serious challenges due to rising costs and tough trading conditions. Without support, we risk losing these vital community hubs. I urge you to stand behind local pubs by advocating for policies, including fairer taxes, to ensure our pub is able to be at the heart of our community.
