- Please order via this site (If no smartphone, order via table serving staff)
- No cheering or shouting (can spread germs)
- Max group size is 6 people
- Drinks to be served to our outside areas, to customers while seated
- No Glasses taken out on to the High Street

FAQs
Do I have to reserve a table before visiting The Grove Tavern?
No. There is no need to book a table ahead of visiting.
During busy times, to manage numbers, a designated staff member will be availble to assist with information and seating.
With capacity restricted, we may be full at peak times.
Do I have have to give my details for track & trace?
Yes, you will NOT be served without giving your details and it is an offence to give false details.
Can I still order at the bar or is it table service only?
Customers are being encouraged to order using the Grove Tavern website or directly from their table. Ordering from the bar is prohibited.
If unable to order from the table (no smart phone), customers are able to order from a member of staff at their table.

Pubwatch
The Grove Tavern is a menber of East Bournemouth Pubwatch, which is linked to Christchurch and Bournemouth Town. The organisation is in place to protect staff and customers from persons who behave in an unexceptable manner while using a licensed premises. Such persons could become banned, which would mean they would not be able to use any venue on the Pubwatch list. Currently 98 percent of Pubs and Clubs are a Pubwatch member. Criminals who commit alcohol-fuelled crime may be banned from drinking and made to wear ‘sobriety tags’ after new legislation come into force May, 19 2020.
If a staff member asks you to leave for any reason, it is advisable to do so quickly and quietly.
